KPMG’s Management Consulting division is expanding its Technology Enablement service line and is seeking passionate Salesforce professionals to join its national team on a permanent basis. As part of a consulting environment, you’ll collaborate with global and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions that drive real business value for clients.

Role Purpose

We are looking for smart and talented Salesforce Senior Designers / Design Leads who are passionate about delivering business value through technology. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy understanding the "why" behind client requirements and translating them into scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with clients as a trusted advisor, helping shape their future-state Salesforce environment.

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Designer / Design Lead, you will:

• Lead the design of functional solutions and user experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business SMEs, and other Designers to shape capability maps, process flows, personas, and customer journeys.
• Configure out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and, where needed, develop efficient, quality code.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes for design discussions and system demos.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support integration, data migration, and change management activities.
• Advise clients on best practices and “the art of the possible” within the Salesforce platform.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to new business opportunities.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in Salesforce platform implementation.
• Hands-on configuration of Salesforce modules and features.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Ability to assess and improve business processes and systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
• A passion for problem-solving and innovation through technology.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Certified Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform App Builder
• A relevant university degree or industry-recognised qualification.
