Job Description
Working as part of the CRM Development team, and reporting to the ICT project and CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:
The CRM Developer role is primarily responsible for assisting in the development, customization, configuration, deployment, and support of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will also assist in hands-on solution development, implementation, and support activities that enable the integration of data between DPV Health systems like TrakCare, Carelink, Best Practice, Titanium, and CRM.
The successful CRM developer will also assist in low code or no code Microsoft Power Platform Applications development and be involved in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of applications in accordance with user requirements, and system and technical specifications.
This exciting role requires an outcome-driven individual to have problem-solving skills, be proficient in programming within DevOps methodology, Web APIs, databases, and have knowledge of data integration tools such as SSIS, Power automate, or similar.
This will be a hands-on role with developer responsibilities, requires an individual with programming & analytical skills, well-developed presentation & communication skills, showing great attention to detail, the ability to work in a team, manage competing demands, and work within deadlines.
The Role will be part of a wider Technology solutions directorate working under the Application development Team.

Roles Key Accountabilities
Service Delivery
- Assisting in the analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions to deliver & support DPV Health CRM.
- Assisting the the development team with the data/applications integration TrakCare, CareLink, Best Practice, Titanium, and Dynamics 365 for CRM project.
- Working with the Development team to leverage DPV Health applications integration capability for CRM project through the adoption of web service data exchange standard FHIR/ HL7 for better client care.
- Meeting and discussing with key stakeholders to gather requirements for Power Apps & Power automate flows design and development.
- Conducting unit testing and collaborating in the system testing to ensure changes have been made in accordance with the business requirements.
- Presenting finished product to stakeholders, collating, and actioning any feedback.
- Ensuring all projects are completed within the agreed time frames and quality standards.
- Actively planning and managing workload to ensure agreed development work plan timelines are met.
- Appropriately documenting all work carried out in accordance with SDLC best practice principles.

Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of dataverse and the ability to integrate with other systems and data sources.
- Experience with customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications.
- Ability to design and implement business process automation using Power Automate (Flow).
- Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
The fine print
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver license and travel between sites required.
