What’s the role?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Project Manager – Change Request Lead to join the Technology Transformation. This role is instrumental in leading and managing change requests across the program to support a high-profile, time-critical program focused on uplifting testing environments and integrating multiple application layers across a complex technology landscape.
As the key point of contact for managing and coordinating change requests, this role will work closely with the Program Managers and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery stability while enabling agility in a fast-paced environment and ensuring rigorous governance, coordination, and impact assessment of all change requests.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in a Change Request Manager or Senior Project Manager role within large-scale, technically complex programs
- Strong understanding of change control governance frameworks and processes in enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both business and technical domains
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret system and architecture documentation for impact assessment
- Experience working with internal teams and third-party vendors to facilitate and manage change
- High attention to detail and organisational skills, especially when managing concurrent change streams
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Advanced reporting skills, including presenting risks and decisions to executive audiences
