The Position
As the Business Development Manager, you will meet with potential customers (real estate businesses), leverage partner and provider relationships, work closely with industry bodies and provide valuable advice and solutions to your market.
- YOU MUST come from the Real Estate sector
- The role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne
- Skilfully qualify leads and uncover customer needs
- Engage in daily prospecting to identify exciting new business opportunities
- Showcase the benefits of partnership through impactful product demonstrations and value-driven conversations
- Network and connect at industry events
- Deliver insightful weekly reports on sales activities
- Proactively offer feedback for product enhancements
The Person
- Should have a deep understanding of the Real Estate sector, with experience in sales or property management, and strong connections within the Real Estate industry is a MUST
- Experience in technology sales an advantage
- Experience in SaaS and Proptech sales is highly regarded
- A strong passion for sales success with a proven track record
- Consistent achievement of targets through effective prospecting and networking
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Capability to provide valuable feedback on initiatives that align with strategic priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed
