Senior Sales Executive (Treasury & Accounts Automation Solutions)
Sell Treasury & Accounts Receivable Automation Solutions into BFSI space (banks, mutual banks, lenders, asset managers, fintech and financial organisations).
There are 4-5 people in the team spread across APAC and this role is focused on selling nationally across Australia and also New Zealand so ANZ.The target is US $2m AcV and average deals size is $500K AcV for new deals and $100K AcV upsell deals. We are keen to see people who have sold these type of solutions before or complex financial software.
What you will be doing:
- Sell new products and services to both existing and new client accounts.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with current customers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a network of potential clients and proactively initiate contact to present offerings.
- Collaborate as part of a sales team to promote and sell designated products and services to key accounts.
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, utilizing available resources and tools.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and the company’s capabilities.
- Assist in developing strategic sales plans and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
What you bring:
- Ideally circa 7-15 years sales experience with a good portion in Software and Services Sales.
- Expertise in selling complex financial software with Treasury Solutions or Banking Book Risk Solutions experience a bonus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset to assess and meet client business needs and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Established involvement in industry trade groups is preferred.
- Can create good relationships with colleagues, management, clients, and stakeholder and travel as needed.
