The Role:
As a MAC Counter Manager, you’ll be the face of MAC Cosmetics which established itself in 1984 as the ultimate colour authority with artistry at their roots, inclusion and diversity at their core, and a commitment to conscious beauty and social responsibility at the top of their minds. With products sold in over 120 countries, it's no wonder why make up lovers always return back to MAC. Do this all while being part of the LagardèreAWPL team!
The shift pattern for this role is:
Negotiable - however, flexibility and availability on both weekends and weekdays if necessary a BIG BONUS ✅
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver VIP service that makes every customer feel like a priority.
✅ Share your knowledge of MAC cosmetics products, plans, and services.
✅ Stay on top of the latest trends with regular training and updates.
✅ Maintain an eye-catching, welcoming space that invites engagement.
✅ Keep things running smoothly with fast and efficient transactions.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
️ You’ve got the gift of the gab and love engaging with all kinds of people.
Previous retail or sales experience in the beauty and makeup industry
✅ Previous retail leader experience a plus
You’re well-presented, confident, and proud to represent a global brand.
⏰ You’re flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends & public holidays – because airport life never stops!
Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Airport Aviation Security ID Card.
