Business Development Manager

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager based in Sydney who's ready to hit the ground running and drive growth in a business that's booming. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team during an exciting phase of their expansion.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Proactively hunting new business opportunities through cold calling and door knocking
· Building strong relationships with clients in the print industry
· Driving sales growth and smashing targets
· Working closely with a like-minded and motivated team
· Representing a brand that's making waves in the market
What You'll Bring:
· Proven experience in B2B sales within the print industry
· A thick skin and the ability to bounce back from rejection
· A full driver's license - you'll be out and about meeting clients
· A relentless drive to succeed and grow with the business
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
