Opportunity

The role of Project Coordinator is a newly created role to streamline and support the delivery of future projects. The role will work closely with both the Project Manager and the Senior Project Manager daily to learn and take responsibility for all project administration and reporting tasks. The project Coordinator will communicate between client reps and building contractors to ensure site-based activities are being carried out as planned.

Candidate

The role of Project Coordinator will support the coordination and delivery of multiple projects at any given time and will require a dynamic and driven professional that can manage conflicting priorities and that will take ownership of their own responsibilities. Bringing a pro-active and energetic nature to the team will be important traits to add to the existing team culture.

Key criteria will include:

• Provide daily support to the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.
• Manage all project administration tasks, including monthly invoicing and progress payments.
• Record and report all meeting minutes
• Manage the tracking of each project in Procore

Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Graduate or Cadet experience working directly with a commercial builder.
• Mature minded and naturally driven to learn and succeed.
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, previous experience with Pro-core would be beneficial.
