About the Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate across all business areas to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is essential in managing customer orders and ensuring a seamless order process. You will be responsible for confirming product availability, forecasting, and pricing while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer order requests, efficiently receiving and processing orders for logistics and dispatch.
- Accurately input customer sales orders and local purchase orders into NetSuite, maintaining high data integrity.
- Work with the sales team to enter customer sales forecasts and contracts into NetSuite while actively pursuing customer orders and forecasts.
- Provide product costings and availability information to the sales team to support their decision-making and customer interactions.
- Manage and distribute the Forecast vs. Sales Report, providing critical insights for sales and logistics planning.
About You - Our Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in FMCG, consumer goods, and the food industry is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Logistics experience is preferred but not required.
