About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our retail strategy and drive growth through innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You will conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing key performance indicators and monitoring progress. By identifying areas for improvement, you will drive continuous enhancement of our retail solutions.
Day-to-day, you will:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative retail strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our retail solutions.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for commercial development. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in strategic retail leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
