Your opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Operations Finance team supporting our Leasing and Technology teams.
As the Senior Finance Analyst in Commercial Insights and Analysis (CIA) Finance team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Leasing Operations Business providing financial analysis and insights, delivering accurate financial reporting and Ad hoc analysis. You will also be managing any systems projects, improvements, technical upgrades and enhancements.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Operational Reporting
- Manage and Review the Weekly Leasing Operational Reports, ensuring data is accurate and complete
- Provide insightful analysis for Quarterly and Year End Results
- Prepare any ad hoc analysis as required for Finance or Business Stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve data-related queries in a timely and efficient manner
System Projects and Improvements
- Act as a technical expert in understanding, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT)
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and technical developers, to ensure alignment
- Identify and resolve issues or gaps in requirements and testing phases, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
What sets you apart
We are seeking an experienced technical Analyst with strong analytical and commercial skills, a curious mindset and a high-level attention to detail.
You will be:
- Skilled in analysing large volumes of data, extracting insights, and presenting findings clearly and succinctly
- Technical expert in business requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Experienced in using excel and TM1, JDE and Salesforce would be advantageous
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Manage and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and production verification testing (PVT)
