This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner who can partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance across both their local and international markets.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will work alongside another HR Business Partner and will cover day to day people and wellbeing issues including the full employment lifecycle and projects. You will be involved within the business covering the retail, global supply chain, design and manufacturing, IT, digital and customer service.
Their Head Office is based in South Sydney, with on-site parking and close to public transport. As you will be supporting an international business, you will need to be available for some evening or early morning calls. To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3+ years HR experience ideally within supply chain or manufacturing or retail environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hands on environment
- Strong foundation and knowledge of HR principals and practice including employment law and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and cultural initiatives
- Experience with employee relations including performance management and investigations
- Solid computer skills across MS office, and ideally working knowledge of Employment Hero, SAP and JobAdder
- Outstanding relationship management skills and be a team player
