Salary: $65,024.93 - $70,655.00 + super.

About the role
Xavier 7 North is a busy 26-bed acute medical/surgical ward specialising in Neuroscience, Stroke, Vascular and Surgical.
Working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, and practice in accordance with NSW Health guidelines and local policy and protocol.
Demonstrating critical and reflective thinking skills in contributing to decision making which includes reporting changes in health and functional status and individual responses to health care interventions.
Work as a part of the health care team to advocate for and facilitate the involvement of individuals, their families and significant others in planning and evaluating care and progress toward health outcomes.
About you
Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Professionals.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills at all times.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
Demonstrated customer service and patient centered approach to care.
