Our client is a well-respected name in the Architectural Industry with a National presence, often featured in various design publications for their contemporary work in Architecture and interior design. With an interesting portfolio across high-rise, medium density residential, commercial, mixed use and hospitality developments this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a truly forward-thinking practice. Based in a convenient central location, this medium sized studio are aiming to grow their team as their success continues.

You will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the Industry, ideally working on High-end multi-residential/mixed use projects and you have the capacity to take on significant projects straight off the bat, managing teams to get the best outcome.
Responsibilities will include full coordination and delivery of multiple jobs concurrently, management of staff, quality control, client liaison/sub-consultant management, programming and budgeting, fee proposals, ability to meet deadlines and gain the confidence of your team.

You have exceptional communication and management skills, liaising stakeholders, local and overseas clients, and external consultants.

Knowledge of Revit software would be ideal. You will also be fully competent in at least two of the following areas of expertise: Concept design, design development, documentation and construction/site admin. Architectural Registration is preferred but not essential.

Salary will be reflective of experience level but may range from $120k-$140k + Super.
