Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new client opportunities across commercial, workplace, and education sectors

• Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, PMs, and end users

• Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and design intent

• Lead pursuit strategies and contribute to broader business growth initiatives

About You:

• Proven track record in BD, sales or client-facing roles within the commercial fitout or construction industry

• Experience in D&C Fitouts

• Strong network across Sydney's property, design, or project management landscape

• Passionate about design-led spaces and end-user experience

• Confident, strategic, and great at building genuine connections
