Job Sales Team Administrator, Sydney

Headed up by a prominent Director and team of successful Sales Agents, this is a role for someone that enjoys being organized and can think on their feet!

The Role:
As a key person to the success of this agent, you will work closely with a top performing individual. Utilising your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily, you will ensure all transactions are seamless. On a daily basis, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

• Diary, e-mail and appointment management for a Senior Sales Agent
• Preparing correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
• Communication with solicitors during the sales process
• Liaising with the marketing team
• Conducting pre-settlement inspections and building inspections
• Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
• Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
• Drafting and managing internal and external communication
• Managing social media platforms
• Compiling reports
• Manage the exchanges and settlements process
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as required

• Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
• A Current Certificate of Registration
• Ability to manage a high volume work load – you will be working across approximately 20 listings per month
• Provide a high stand of customer service
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
