Role: Inside Sales Manager covering Pacific Region (Australia/New Zealand/Pacific Islands)
Inside Sales Global Account Manager (competitive compensation to market)
Renewals (Customer Success)
- Pursuit of renewal contracts from M-90 (90 days prior to expiration) with objective to maximise OTR (on time renewals) to 100
Business Development
- Targeting all AU/NZ legacy Symphony & Aldata, JDA, Neilsen customers to migrate to i2e/Gold
- Targeting Chinese Retailers and Supply Chain operating in Australia/New Zealand
- Tele-Nurturing of nominated/selective English Retailers, identified by Marketing Campaigns
- BDM from target file of prospects and potential customers:
- Prospecting via Telephone and Web-Meetings
- Qualify the needs, expectations and profiles of prospects and customers
- Present the solutions included in the GOLD portfolio
- Send prospects and customers required business documentation
- Support the implementation and follow-up of marketing operations
- Prepare contractual documents and provide follow-up until registration by the Legal department
- Carry out customer follow-up to ensure high quality service
- Provide customers with information and advice
- Develop customer loyalty and build a relationship of trust with customers
- Define an action plan on their territory / appointed accounts, together with the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams
- Execute and following-up this plan while respecting the company’s sales strategy
- Qualify and keep the CRM up to date
- Further develop their knowledge of Symphony EYC solutions, industry needs and customer environments
Hybrid Office Manager (transitional from 30% down to 0%)
- Transitional element of the role. Reduce % time over a 6month period towards semi-automation via new business processes
- Team with AR.STC for Accounts Receivable Management for Customer Success/Maintenance renewals
- Team with AP.STC for Accounts Payable for non-recurrent payments
- Expense Consolidation/Follow-up for Pacific Region business
