The Opportunity
Provide day-to-day and big picture support to a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their workplace relations team. Work on a variety of business and government department matters involving workplace health and safety, industrial relations, anti-discrimination and more.
Duties
- Preparing court documents and client correspondence
- Performing legal research and obtaining material in support of a case, including medical, financial and claim records
- Arranging appointments, and managing diaries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with billing and financial reporting requirements
- At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level organisation and prioritisation
- Initiative and team-oriented approach
