About the Role
Our Outsourced Finance team which sits within PwC Private – Optimise, is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The Optimise team brings our purpose to life by helping clients optimise their finance functions so that clients can focus their valuable resources on solving their problems and be confident that their business complies with local requirements.
The Outsourced Finance team helps organisations design and implement organisational models that will deliver maximum agility, flexibility, and responsiveness for their business. As part of our team, you’ll focus on performing organisational diagnosis through capability reviews, evaluating structure and team design, and analysing organisation cost-effectiveness to deliver adaptable and sustainable value for our clients.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Delivering tax, accounting and compliance services to clients including; management accounting, corporate income tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, payroll and indirect taxes)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and your team
Strong organisation or project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
In our Outsourced Finance team, your impact will be seen by:
Providing clients with confidence that their accounting, taxation and GST compliance obligations will be met with precision and sound expertise
Ensuring accuracy in high-volume transaction processing, end-of-month functions and reconciliations
Supporting our clients by providing sound accounting and tax advice
Delivering actionable insights for businesses on financial priorities and strategy through account management
Overseeing client’s payroll and compensation processes
Showcasing your strong project management skills by maintaining multiple stakeholder relationships across a varied portfolio of clients
Maintaining client’s financial security by adhering to legal requirements and Australian compliance standards
