Junior Safety Advisor – Construction Industry

We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Safety Advisor to join our team in the construction industry, with a focus on concrete, formwork, scaffold, and steel fixing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in workplace health and safety (WHS) within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day site safety operations across various construction projects

Assist with site inspections, toolbox talks, and compliance checks

Maintain and promote WHS procedures and policies on-site

Work closely with site teams to ensure a strong safety culture

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) preferred

Construction White Card is essential

Eager to learn and develop within the safety field

Strong interest in construction, particularly in formwork, scaffold, concrete, and steel fixing

Able to start on site by 6:30am at various project locations
