The Role
- Greeting clients and managing front-of-house
- Phone management and inbox handling
- General office coordination and tidiness
- Administrative support to Sales & PM teams
- Managing keys
- Ad-hoc support for leadership team
- Assisting at other nearby offices occasionally
- Polished, proactive, and service-focused with a can-do attitude.
- You love helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate of Registration – essential
- Reception or admin experience (real estate ideal)
- Strong communication and presentation
- Microsoft Office and database skills
- Team player attitude and willingness to jump in
- $60K–$65K package (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday only – enjoy your weekends
