In November 2015, Smyth and Graham turned their sights to reopening The Unicorn Hotel on Oxford St, Paddington. The Unicorn is the quintessential Aussie pub, including a proud reclaimed red gum bar, native flora and fauna illustrations and serving up good old fashion pub grub. Having a knack for revamping old spaces with a lot of history is something the guys know best. In June 2017, Jake and Kenny reopened The Lansdowne Hotel in Chippendale, a pub that was opened for 90 years though sadly closed its door in 2015. Committed to keeping the pubs legacy alive, The Lansdowne Hotel has become a live music haven, having a revolving door of live bands, musicians and artists playing in the two-story landmark. In November 2018, The Lansdowne got a further mini makeover with the introduction of Mary’s Pizzeria. Coming from their shared love of late-night pizza and guilty pleasures, Smyth and Graham built a venue within the venue with the late-night pizza joint.
