Currently they are seeking a new hire for a number of commercial construction projects in the Healthcare sector in North and Westerns Sydney across numerous project sites from projects between $30mill - $300mill.
YOUR NEXT ROLE
As the Contract Administrator, you will:
- Monthly reports
- Review quotes
- Approve claims
- Procurement
- Generate purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships
- Subcontractor variations
- Prepare agreements
- Contractor completion tasks - defect management
- Ad hoc tasks
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and experience working for a mid to large size commercial builder within Australia. You will have had some experience performing the role of a CA onsite and ideally worked on Healthcare or general commercial construction projects above $20mill.
