About the Role
ENbridge IT Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Data Centre Foreman to lead onsite deployment teams across data centre, network infrastructure, and critical environment projects.
This role is responsible for supervising technicians and contractors, coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and acting as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, project managers, and technical teams.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven leadership skills to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise onsite technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work activities, labour allocation, and project schedules.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with site requirements.
• Review and execute project documentation including MOPs, SWMS, rack elevations, patching schedules, and deployment plans.
• Oversee rack and stack activities, network equipment installations, structured cabling, and infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, staging, logistics, and material management.
• Liaise with clients, data centre operators, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all installations meet customer and industry standards.
• Manage site issues, risks, and escalations while maintaining project timelines.
• Produce daily progress reports, photographic documentation, and completion records.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Skills & Experience
Essential

• Previous experience leading teams within data centre, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or critical environment projects.
• Strong understanding of rack and stack methodologies.
• Experience with structured cabling, fibre optic and copper infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, rack elevations, and deployment plans.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Current White Card.
• Current driver's licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Desirable

• Experience working within enterprise data centres.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell, HPE, NVIDIA or similar technologies.
• EWP, Working at Heights, or First Aid certifications.
• Experience coordinating large-scale migration or deployment projects.
• Previous experience in a Foreman, Site Supervisor, Team Leader, or Lead Technician role.
