Job from partnerDue to continued growth, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Corporate / VIP Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for high-profile travellers and executive clients.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing time-sensitive and detailed itineraries. You'll work closely with clients to deliver seamless travel experiences while ensuring all bookings meet required processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport and complex itineraries
- Provide consultative travel planning to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective travel solutions
- Handle both individual and occasional group travel bookings
- Ensure all travel arrangements follow required approval processes and internal procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional service
- Manage urgent and last-minute travel requests within service level agreements
- Contribute to team performance targets and service delivery standards
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in a similar travel role
- Strong GDS proficiency (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Excellent airfare and ticketing knowledge (including Published, Nett and NDC fares)
- Ability to manage complex itineraries and high-touch VIP travel requests
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with urgent requests
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
