Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing
Location: Relocation to Hong Kong
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead global paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone with deep expertise in performance marketing, creative strategy, AI-driven workflows, and large-scale customer acquisition. This opportunity is based in Hong Kong and offers relocation for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise global paid media activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, and emerging channels
- Drive profitable customer acquisition through data-led campaign strategy and creative testing
- Manage and mentor a high-performing creative and performance marketing team
- Implement AI-powered workflows across campaign management, reporting, creative production, and optimisation
- Oversee attribution, reporting, media mix modelling, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, brand, and finance teams to align growth strategies and commercial outcomes
- Manage agency and external partner relationships across global markets
- Extensive experience leading large-scale performance marketing campaigns across global markets
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and paid acquisition strategy
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably within DTC, consumer, lifestyle, or high-growth brands
- Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-native marketing workflows
- Experience leading creative teams and performance-focused content strategies
- Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong highly regarded
