The Role:
As our Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the superhero for businesses in need of temporary talent. Your mission: make perfect matches faster than a cat video going viral.
Day-to-Day Shenanigans:
- Talent Scouting: Channel your inner detective to find the best temporary candidates. Think Sherlock, but with better LinkedIn skills.
- Candidate Whispering: Interview, assess, and charm candidates into joining our temp roster. You’re their career guru and part-time therapist.
- Client Schmoozing: Build and maintain relationships with clients. Be their go-to person, their rock, their staffing saviour.
- Matchmaking Magic: Pair the perfect temp with the right client like it’s a rom-com ending.
- Speedy Coordination: Juggle multiple placements without dropping the ball (or your sanity).
- High Outbound Calls: Keep those phones buzzing with high volumes of calls to candidates and clients. Your phone should practically be an extension of your arm.
- Quality Focus: Ensure every placement meets our ridiculously high standards.
- Problem-Solving Wizardry: Solve issues faster than you can say “abracadabra.”
- Admin Ninja Skills: Keep paperwork and databases in pristine condition. You’re basically the Marie Kondo of admin work.
- Someone who is up to making 100 Plus calls a day screning Job Seekers against Position Descriptions.
- Someone that is Disciplined around Compliance
- Someone who would thrive in a Stressfull Industry
- Someone who is Resilient and can take the knocks
- Someone with a Strong Character When Needed
- A proactive problem-solver with a “bring it on” attitude.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but a Strong sense of humour is a must.
