Are you ready to lead the growth of one of our most iconic brands? We're looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our Beyond Loaf portfolio leading La Familiglia and the Artisan portfolio across both retail and foodservice.
About the Role
This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth across our portfolio in retail and foodservice. Working cross-functionally, you'll develop and execute marketing plans aligned with our strategic priorities.
You'll be joining the team at an exciting time, having the opportunity to shape our portfolio strategy to unlock growth in new product ranges within the growing Foodservice channel, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth, long-term equity, and consumer preference
* Lead product extensions and renovation projects from concept to launch
* Deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that drive both short- and long-term performance
* Optimise the portfolio to unlock incremental profit opportunities
* Contribute to the development of innovation pipelines and future-facing brand plans
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years of brand management (foodservice channel experience Advantageous.
* experience with a strong commercial mindset
* Proven leadership of cross-functional projects and teams
* Degree qualified in Marketing or Business
* Demonstrated success in brand equity campaigns
* Proficiency in IRI and Quantium for data-driven decision-making
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills (essential)
