About the Team
Miro’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for Miro’s story and expressing it through brand communications, content, events and customer experiences. We are responsible for shaping and sharing Miro’s core story with the world – from critical influencers to our enterprise customers, through to our users.
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our tradeshow and exhibit marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing our brand visibility, generating leads, and driving customer engagement at industry events. What you’ll doEvent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual tradeshow and conference calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals
- Evaluate and recommend relevant events based on ROI, audience fit, and strategic value
- Own booth design, layout, and messaging in collaboration with brand and creative teams
- Design booth activations and attendee experiences to drive engagement, meetings, and generate opportunities for sales
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for tradeshows—including budgeting, timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Manage contracts, shipping, materials, staffing, and registration
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with sales, product marketing, and executive teams to align event strategy with business priorities
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including exhibit house, freight, A/V, and promotional partners
- Collaborate with marketing ops and sales to implement lead capture systems, post-event follow-up, and data analysis
- Track and report key performance metrics and ROI for each event
Onsite Support & Execution
- Represent the company professionally onsite and oversee booth setup, staff coordination, and real-time issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B tradeshow or event management.
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
- Strong vendor and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of exhibit design and production.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel (~40%, depending on show schedule).
- CTSM, CMP preferred (not required)
