About the role:
Support a private property developer by managing accounts, reporting and day-to-day office administration across a mix of entities. Enjoy a steady, well-rounded role with flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours.
- Monitor rent collection and arrears
- Reviewing and reconciling outgoings
- Budgeting and forecasting for property assets and active projects
- Maintaining and updating records
- Reviewing lease terms and ensuring compliance
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Raising invoices and managing reconciliations
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Keeping all records up to date for accurate reporting
- Filing, responding to emails and ad hoc admin tasks
This private developer has a focus on building mixed use projects across Sydney and Newcastle they also have a sizeable rental portfolio of commercial and residential assets under management. Experience required:
- Experience in property accounts
- Strong Excel skills + MYOB experience
- Ability to read ledgers
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability work in the office full or part time
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- $90,000 – $110,000 (pro rata for part time)
- Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time hours
