Your role will include:

• Leading fire protection design from concept to completion, including sprinkler systems, hydrants, smoke control, and fire strategy
• Coordinating with architects, builders, and other engineering disciplines to deliver compliant, sustainable, and practical solutions
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to develop their skills
• Ensuring all designs meet relevant Australian standards, codes, and regulations

About you:

• 7+ years' experience in fire protection/building services design
• Degree qualified in Fire Engineering, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
• Experience in project management and client liaison
• Chartered (CPEng) or working towards will be highly regarded
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
