Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across all industries. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
