Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
