Job Cluster Manager -Seafolly Bondi

Seafolly Australia are hiring for a passionate, beach loving Cluster Manager to join our team and run 3 stores in Bondi!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store managers and their teams, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across your stores.
• Monitor and drive sales performance across your cluster, setting and achieving goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all stores in your cluster deliver a superior customer experience, aligning with our brand’s standards of service, style, and quality.
• Manage key operational aspects, including inventory control, visual merchandising, staffing, and store budgets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, optimise store processes, and enhance team performance across the cluster.
• Act as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring consistent communication of our values, lifestyle, and vision across all locations.
• Analyse store performance data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management to inform business decisions.

You will have:

• Previous experience in fashion retail in a senior store manager or cluster manager role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering exception customer service and ensuring every customer feels valued
• Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and recruitment is beneficial
• Exceptional people skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
