This position is born from the continued growth of a long-standing business, and as such, you will be leading a group of Occupational Therapists who function both as a cohesive team and part of the wider community. Their reputation is one of clinical excellence, authenticity and loyalty. You role will be to lead them on a growth journey, whilst maintaining these keystones to their success.

The Position

As the OT Clinical Services Leader, you'll be instrumental in shaping the direction of the OT business, auditing and establishing exceptional clinical systems, and providing oversight, mentorship and support to the OT team. While client-facing work may not be the primary focus of your role, you must be willing to see clients when needed, embodying a hands-on leadership style. Your passion for quality of care will inform your leadership style.

Supporting adults with a range of needs, the team has a broad caseload and includes DVA, NDIS, Aged Care Package and Private clients. Therapeutic interventions include assistive tech, functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications, behaviour support, mental health support, skills acquisition, rehab and more. The service area is North Brisbane, with some unique referrals from regional QLD being serviced remotely.

Requirements for Success:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Genuine enthusiasm for person-centred care, and experience across a range of caseloads.
• High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate, encourage and mentor staff
• Aptitude for problem solving, thinking big and driving a service
