That’s why we’re looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
The Role
About the Role:
This newly created role will be instrumental in supporting the Marketing Communications Team to deliver various integrated campaigns and marketing activities for The Entourage and our fearless founder, Jack Delosa, across a variety of owned channels. With support from the Marketing Communications Manager, you will maintain an always-on email calendar and provide high-level support in the execution of world-class communications, workflows and journeys for our email database, with the goal of improving engagement, monetising the base and supporting wider business goals.
You will also work alongside our wider marketing team to provide support and sink your teeth into a number of other assets and projects, including our blog and website, and identify other opportunities to leverage the vast collection of content we already have. This role is perfect for a marketer who has 3-4 years of experience under their belt, and who is now ready to take on more responsibility in their day-to-day work and be upskilled by a team of world-class marketers and deep specialists.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
- Maintain an always-on calendar of emails to engage multiple segments and drive broader business goals, from engagement and nurture sequences to activities driving event registrations, high-quality leads for our sales team, and first-order marketing revenue.
- Support the development of new communication workflows for various departments, focusing on achieving a consistent customer journey at every touchpoint.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's core values and personality, reinforcing our brand identity in the market.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, The Entourage Growth Agency, and our Business Coaches, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and be eager to learn and upskill in email marketing, including navigating our CRM, HubSpot.
- Adopt The Entourage’s unique tone of voice to create engaging copy for various marketing communications, including emails, websites, event collateral, and our learning management system, The Growth Hub.
- Work alongside the Marketing Communications Manager to regularly report on the performance of all channel activity and suggest opportunities to further optimise campaigns and always-on activity.
- Collaborate with a team of digital marketing coordinators/specialists, content producers, and graphic designers to adapt existing assets and create engaging content across a range of channels, including Facebook community groups and newsletters, while identifying additional opportunities to produce content that amplifies our message and engages our community.
- Provide ongoing and ad-hoc support for the wider marketing team as required, including website maintenance, landing page and blog creation, and participating in campaign ideation with the wider Marketing team
Ideal Profile
Who we’re looking for:
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on email communications and copywriting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and principles of community management, campaign management, lead nurturing, email marketing, and campaign creation.
- Ability to craft engaging communications, segmented by avatars and needs across various channels.
- Experience working across various communication channels and audience types.
- Experience managing a CRM, including building workflows, automations, segmentation, and crafting communications to target specific avatars (HubSpot experience is preferable but not critical).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
